I come from an Airsoft background if you don’t know already… I invented the Airsoft style of a mask with the fabric sides.

I start making money online way back in 2012 and have been making money that way ever since. As Division S.I.X Ltd was and still is a one-man operation, I have had to learn everything to run an online business. From advertising to product photography, to bookkeeping and accountancy. I realised I have gained so much knowledge but didn’t have the time to share it with more than just immediate family and friends till now.

I am very new to this blogging thing, but like everything I do in life, I take action.

I’ve been researching all about making money online. I’ve seen a lot of the how-to make money online YouTube videos out there, paid for this course and that course especially after being sucked in by a free training video by some Guru I found on YouTube and it turns out that is all crap.

I bet that you are reading this thinking “I’ve done the same thing” They show you how much money they are making, their flash cars and showing bundles of money on their desk.
I’m all about being realistic, I not saying that you can’t get to that point, I am saying just be more realistic.

Lowering your expectations, you will not be so disappointed or give up so soon. My first month trying this one idea didn’t make me any money, but it paid for all my hard work in the second.

I’m still making money from that venture 4 months later.

Instead of that lavish lifestyle, think about being able to pay your bills every month.
Do you worry every time your credit card bill is due? Aim to try to make enough money so you don’t have to worry about it anymore.

When you go out with your friends do you worry when it’s your turn to pay for the next round?
This is about having small goals, which are achievable. Over time it will give you the opportunity to start aiming higher and higher.

It is easy for someone who has lots of money to tell you how to make money and please listen to them, having a mentor is very important. But when you don’t have enough money to even go out to dinner with your family, their advice is next to useless, especially if they want you to buy a course, before they give you that awesome money-making secret they used.

I have been running a successful online store for about 6 years (Divisionsix.co.uk) hand-making and selling Airsoft masks, but in the last year and a half, I’ve seen a great drop in sales, due to Chinese clones being sold cheaper than I could make them in the UK.
This made me very stressed and almost broke me (I was at the point of ending it all).

Looking into the eyes of the people that care about me and seeing that they loved and believed in me, stopped me in my tracks and I started thinking about what can I do to fix this.
In this blog, I am going to teach you what I did to start making money again to give my family and me a better life (a little bit at a time).

I decided to build this website because I realised that I was only helping my close friends and family members make a better life for themselves and they kept telling me to do a website, but I was thinking what can I do? There are so many experts out there that can do much better than me.

But I was thinking one evening, I’m nearly 50 years old (even though I’m too old to die young). Losing your livelihood can happen to anyone at any time. So I decided why not, I’ve learned a lot over the past six years of making money online and running my own online business, learning WordPress, building my first and all my websites including this one, Photoshop and Lightroom editing and I really want to past on this knowledge to you.
